It is a privileged
location

Located in one of the new logistics hubs, on the edge of the A42, in the municipality of Torrejón de Velasco.

The connection is planned at km 23, at the exit of the Hospital de Parla – Infanta Cristina.

It is located in the second ring of the metropolitan area of Madrid. Between the capital and the location, there is no alternative land available that meets the essential characteristics that would allow a development of the planned scale.

Project Data

Digitalisation and the rise of e-commerce have increased the demand from logistics operators for ever larger warehouses, which in turn require qualified personnel, guaranteed connectivity and more efficient energy management.

Ergon A42 logistics park has large plots of land adapted to this demand and provides a comprehensive and innovative solution to the needs of the sector.

The implementation of a Local Energy Community is planned, which will provide users of the park and citizens of the municipality with a renewable and economical source of energy.

The project is supported by technology leaders such as Siemens and Atos.

It has a technology park where universities and companies will coexist to create an environment of competitiveness, innovation and training.

It will have training areas focused on digital and logistics development, as well as a business incubator. All of this with the support of training leaders such as the Carlos III University of Madrid and other business schools.
